Kenneth M. Braund

Kenneth Braund Obituary Kenneth M. Braund, a cherished brother, uncle, and friend, left this world on February 28, 2024, at the age of 67. Born on October 31, 1956, in Tomah, Wisconsin and was the son of Clarence and Margie (Faulkner) Braund.
Kenneth was a graduate of New Lisbon High School, Class of 1974. Ken dedicated 16 years of his life to the Dumore Corporation in Mauston, and later worked 6 years at Engineered Fiberglass Company in New Lisbon.
Kenneth was a simple man, with a particular passion for fishing and woodworking. His hands were rarely still, as he found joy and tranquility in the delicate art of crafting wood and the serene patience required for fishing.
Kenneths memory will be lovingly preserved by his siblings: Darlene Puent of Wisconsin Rapids, Carol (Dave) Johnson of Wisconsin Rapids, Barb (Dave) Sabatine of Wisconsin Rapids, Diane (Scott) Krohn of Green Bay, Cheryl Walling of Michigan, and Ed (Rita) Braund of Niagara, Wisconsin. He also leaves behind a sister-in-law, Mary Braund of Wisconsin Rapids. Ken held a special place in his heart for his nephew, Dave (Kim) Khollman of New Lisbon, who, along with many other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends, will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Alice and a brother Allen.
Per Kenneths wishes he will be cremated. A Celebration of Life will take place on May 11th, 2024 at the New Lisbon Community Center (110 Welch Prairie Rd) from 11:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M. The Hare Funeral Home in New Lisbon is assisting the family with arrangements.
