Kenneth was a retired security officer with Country Road Ford.
He is preceded in death by his mother.
Survivors include his wife of 9 years, Sally Dennis of Middlebourne, WV; his father, Floyd Dennis of New Martinsville, WV, and one son, Floyd Dennis of Parkersburg, WV.
No services will be held.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 751 3rd Street, New Martinsville, WV 26155.
