Kenneth Lefkowitz

Kenneth Lefkowitz, age 79, passed away suddenly on December 15, 2025.

He was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Leo and Pauline Lefkowitz, and he was a resident of Medford, NJ for the past 22 years. Ken was a graduate of Brooklyn College, where he received both his bachelor's and master's degrees. He had a keen interest in business and spent his career consulting for many businesses and serving as a senior director for major corporations. After his retirement from corporate work in 2008, Ken focused his professional energies on writing and had 3 books published, including two memoirs and a case for universal healthcare. He also spent the many joyful years of his retirement following the Philadelphia sports teams, taking cherished annual trips "down the shore" with his family, and traveling various parts of the world. He was a highly thoughtful person, brilliant and generous, but the most precious gift he could give was the time he spent with his family.

Ken was predeceased by his brothers, Phillip and Mark Lefkowitz. He is survived by his wife and inseparable companion of 59 years, Sheila (nee Glatstein) Lefkowitz; his beloved children, Kim Phillips (Scott), Daniel Lefkowitz (Lisa Taylor) and Adam Lefkowitz; and his treasured grandchildren, Madison, Logan, Kassidy, and Gabi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and will be deeply missed by his lifelong friends.

Family and friends are invited to attend his Graveside Life Celebration on Thursday December 18, 2025 at 1pm at the Parkview Cemetery, 25 Fostertown Road Medford, NJ 08055. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the American Heart Association.
