Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home, Inc. - AthensKENNETH ROBERT LUMBRA Sr., age 54, of Niota TN. passed away Friday, August 22, 2025 at his residence. A native of Connecticut, he is the son of the late Norman and Mary Alexander Lumbra.
He is preceded in death by Sister, Tina Louise; Brother, Norman Edward Lumbra Jr.
He was a proud owner of his trucking business (KRL Trucking LLC). He had a heart of gold and loved living life. He made everyone feel welcome and would give anyone the shirt off his back. He loved his family and was a proud Dad of 5 children and absolutly loved his grandchildren.

Wife of 10 Years, Kim Preston Lumbra; 5 children, Kenneth Jr. (Jordan) Lumbra of Plainfield CT, Justin (Heaven) Lumbra of Lisbon CT, Laura (Nicholas) Richard of Danielson CT, Kayla Trickel of Richlands NC, Kristie (Andy) Pagan-Figueroa of Niota; Daughter-in-law, Brooke Langley of North English IA, Brother, Albert (Darlene) Lumbra of Putnam CT; 6 Sisters, Helen (Deke) Sawyer of Jackman Maine, Geraldine (Chris) Paquin of East Woodstock CT, Genevieve (Ken) Douquette of Thompson CT, Joyce (Vick) Wonoski of Dayville CT, Dorinda (Mark) Keene of North Smithfield Rhoad Island, Tammy (Jesse) Heath of East Killingly CT; 12 Grandchildren, Zoe, Dorian, Aiden, Amelia, Charlotte, Weston, Nolan, Maverick, Remingtion, Zara, Andres "AJ", Noelle. 1 GreatGrand Daughter, Aaliyah.

2 Brothers from another mother, Jason (Heather) Loiselle of Hubert NC, Phill Bramande Jr. of FL.
A Celebration of Life will be held on September 7, 2025 at 2PM at Sewee Church of God for all friends and family.
Another Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date in Connecticut.
