Kenneth Wayne Pemberton, of Dallas, TX, passed on August 1, 2025, he was the Eldest son of Georgianna McKissick and he was born August 23, 1954.
Kenneth was known for his great basketball skills and love of the game while playing for Haskell Indian Junior College 1973-1974. Then attending Eastern Montana College 1975-1976 during his college career. He continued basketball career while playing for numerous teams across England from until returning back to the States in the 1980s. He continued his love for the game and became an assistant men's basketball at Haskell Indian Junior College. Where he made a lasting impact on all the players and helped mentor them. He continued his love for the game and played for many different teams during his adult life from Kansas, Washington, Montana, Canada and Hawaii. If anyone ever needed an extra player he was always ready to step up.
He leaves behind his siblings; Duane, Wendell, Richard, James, Jerry and sister, Sherri. He met his partner Denise Taylor while playing basketball during his time in England. He was then blessed to have one amazing daughter, Brandey Pemberton of McKinney, Texas and his beautiful and loving granddaughter Tayla
