Kenneth P. "Ken" Seger, 69, passed away Sunday, March 27, 2022 at his home in Martinsville.
He was born Saturday, July 5, 1952 to the late Richard P. and Eleanor T. (Hardy) Seger in St. Charles, Missouri.
Ken was a vibrant man who was full of life. He was known for his jokes & the ability to uplift those around him. He loved being a part of his kids' and grandkids' lives and was a very involved father. He loved fishing, hunting, and sports. His favorite team is the Pittsburgh Steelers. After retirement, one of his favorite things to do was grab his Harley and ride. He was a faithful Catholic and taught CCD for years at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church. He worked the majority of his career for Hoosier Energy where he was a meter/relay technician and Safety & Training Specialist.
He is survived by his wife, Jo Ellen Seger who he married May 9, 1975; sons, Wesley Paul Seger, Joseph Dylan Seger and wife Aimee, Lucas Andrew Seger; brother, Jim Seger, sisters, Patricia "Pat" Seger, Jean Seger, Sheri Seger; grandchildren, Chloe, Connor, Eli, Silas, Hudson.
Visitation is Thursday April 7th, 2022 at Costin Funeral Chapel from 6-8 p.m. Funeral mass will be on April 8th, 2022 at 11 a.m. at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church with Father Steve Gianini officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
