Kenneth Jay Stokes

Kenneth Jay Stokes, born on December 20, 1964, in San Jose, California, passed away on October 30, 2025 in Chesapeake, VA at the age of 60. Known for his dedication and service, Kenneth was a retired Senior Chief in the United States Navy, where he committed many years to serving his country with honor and distinction.
Kenneth's life was marked by his unwavering commitment to his family and his nation. His steadfast character and leadership were evident throughout his career and with his family, leaving an indelible mark on those who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Angela Stokes; his devoted mother, Susan Stokes; his brother Raymond and sister Jeannie; his cherished children Jared and Dylan Stokes, Kaitlyn, Steven, Katheryn, Lauren, and Jonathan Kasperbauer; and his four grandchildren Aleyla, Benjamin, Adella, and Zachary. They remember him as a deeply caring husband, son, father, and grandfather whose love and guidance will be missed profoundly.
Kenneth will be remembered for his strength, integrity, and the legacy he leaves behind. May he rest in peace.
