Kenneth Paul Williamson, 80, passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2026, in his home with his wife by his side.
He requested not to have a funeral service but instead asked that those who would have attended his service spend time with a friend.
Ken was born September 1, 1945 in Amarillo, Texas, to Floy and Lorene Williamson. He was a proud 1963 graduate of Tascosa High School. He also attended Amarillo College and West Texas State University. He married Debbie Williamson on December 5, 1973 in Amarillo, Texas. Ken spent most of career working in the grain business and finished his career in 2012 working in the office at Beaver Express.
Ken enjoyed playing golf at Panhandle Country Club (with a hole in one on hole #3) and playing board games and cards with his family.
Ken was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie, of 52 years; his daughter, Angie Weaver and husband Rodney of Kihei, Hawaii; his son, Jerry Johnson of Dripping Springs, Texas; and grandchildren, Grant Johnson, Garet Johnson, and Jaden Johnson; sister Beverly Reed of Oklahoma; brother Don Williamson of Alabama; sister Gayle Allen of Amarillo, Texas; Edwin Williamson of California, as well as many nieces and nephews.
