Kent was a man of many passions, but nothing brought him greater joy than fishing-it was truly his life. He also enjoyed hunting, had a deep love for music, and was known for his quick wit and ability to make people laugh. Above all, his greatest joy was being "Poppi" to his cherished grandchildren. He was a devoted and loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend, whose kindness and humor left a lasting impact on all who knew him.
In addition to his father, Kent was preceded in death by his sister, Lisa Lynn Connell.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving mother, Patricia Crigger; his devoted wife of 20 years, Michelle Santiago Crigger; his children, Virginia Michelle Hopper and husband Brian, and Kris Parker and wife Linda; and his precious grandchildren, Ellamae, Evalynn, Vincent, and Brody Hopper. He is also survived by his special friends, Kevin Belcher of Bluefield, WV, Dewayne Fowler of Gary, WV, and Wayne Prevento of North Carolina, along with a host of extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
