Kevin Harry Blair, age 60, of St. Thomas, PA, passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday, October 26, 2025. Born September 22, 1965, in Chambersburg, PA, he was the son of the late Harry Blair and Edith Louise Rexroth Blair.
Kevin was a 1983 graduate of CASHS. He worked as a Heavy Equipment Loader for over 33 years, at Volvo of Shippensburg. He loved working on old trucks, going to car shows, cooking and grilling for family, listening to music, and going antiquing. Kevin especially cherished family time and quality time with his friends. He affectionately became known as Papa Blair to so many, giving love, offering guidance, and occasionally sense, when needed to those that looked to him. He will be forever Loved and missed by many.
Surviving is his wife of 32 years, De-Bra Raleigh Blair whom he married on March 20, 1993; his daughter, Me-Daya Blair; siblings, Christine Lingle, Rhonda Clevenger, and Curtis, Stuart, Dwight, and Travis Blair and their spouses and families.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 1 PM in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Rd., Chambersburg, PA, and Where Rev. Dr. A. Robert Cook will officiate. The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, November 3, 2025, from 7 – 9 PM and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, Kevin and his family would wish for everyone to just be kind, loving and helpful to those around them in his honor.
