Kevin Ray Grannan, age 61, a resident of Rio Rancho, New Mexico since 2002, passed away the 17th of January 2024; 8:02 p.m. in the presence of his loved ones. He is survived by his wife, Candi Grannan; son, Alexander Grannan with his wife Jodi; three grandchildren: Nathanial, age 14, Elijah, age 9 and Cain, age 5; his mother, Tina Grannan and his two sisters; Kim Rance and Kerrie Hecker and their families. Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Grannan.
Kevin was a loving husband, father, and papa. He dedicated his life to his country through his acts of service in the U.S. Air Force, as well as an Educator in the public school system and as a homebuilder here in New Mexico. He was an avid racing enthusiast who loved the outdoors with a passion for fishing, hunting, and camping, especially with family making many beautiful memories.
Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, January 23, 2024; 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd, Rio Rancho, NM 87124.
Interment will take place at Calvary Cemetery in his hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana.
His wish was not for flowers but for memorial contributions to the Tunnel to Towers charity organization at T2T.org.
