Kevin Eric Kennedy passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at the age of 65. He was born on Wednesday, January 27, 1960 in Covington, Louisiana to Frances "Alene" Saint Kennedy and the late Arnold Kennedy. He was a resident of Springfield, Louisiana.
Kevin is survived by his wife, Marilyn Kennedy; mother, Frances "Alene" Kennedy; children, Sherie Miller(Brad), Zebulun Kennedy(Blythe), and Tylon Kennedy; grandchildren, Judah Miller, Macayen Kennedy, Adara Kennedy, Justice Miller, and Liberty Miller; brother, Keith Kennedy(Ruby); sister, Theresa Kennedy; numerous close and beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great nephews; and close friends, Junior Holden, Billy Fuselier, Harold Walz, Todd Abernathy, David D'Orville, Frank Smith, Dalton Ballinger, Pastors Joey & Deedy Kugler, Stan Efferson, Pastor Bradley Miller, and Clinton Winburn.
He was preceded in death by his father, Arnold Richardson Kennedy; and close friends, John Johnson and Rock Husser.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula, 100 W. Magnolia Street, Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Sunday, May 18, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM until the funeral service begins at 4:00 PM.
Interment will follow in Carter Cemetery, Springfield, Louisiana.
