Son of Evan M. Thomas and Carma Ray Thomas.
Kevin passed peacefully at his brother Douglas’s home after a brave battle with cancer on July 28, 2025, at approximately 8:21 p.m.
Kevin was a loving father and brother who enjoyed spending time with his family.
He grew up feeling the most comfortable in nature and spent his youth raising chickens, pigeons, rabbits, and milking the cow as part of his daily chores. Kevin loved playing cowboys and Indians so much his mother would have to chase him down to come home for dinner and he also spent many hours sledding behind his father’s car in the winter months, which he enjoyed very much.
To clear his head, he would spend hours in the basement painting, mostly of the Beatles who he adored.
As Kevin matured, he enjoyed painting and visiting local pastry shops to indulge in the sweets and coffee that he loved so much.
He served in the USAF and was stationed at Hill Air Force Base Ogden, Utah as an Aircraft mechanic.
His presence will be forever missed by those who knew and loved him.
Kevin leaves behind a son, Bradley; a daughter, Trisha; brothers, Douglas (Pam) and Gary Michael (Jodie); and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister, JulieAnne Thomas.
Graveside services will be held at West Warren Cemetery on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
