Kyle Matthew Lusk, born on July 11, 1998, in Arlington, TX, passed away on January 22, 2025. He was the beloved son of Jason Wayne Lusk Sr. and Mistie Michelle Allen. Kyle grew up in Irving, TX, where he attended Jack Singley Academy and was an active member of the JROTC at Nimitz High School.
Kyle worked in warehouse operations and also pursued his passion for cars through a mobile detailing service. He loved baseball, camping, fishing, and creating artwork. His adventurous spirit and friendly nature were evident in every aspect of his life.
One of the most cherished family memories of Kyle was during a celebration at a Dallas restaurant for his grandfather's birthday. When they were informed that four Dallas Mavericks players were dining nearby, Kyle wasted no time in pulling up a chair at their table and engaging in conversation. One player, DeSagana Diop, took a particular interest in Kyle. When asked if he knew who he was, Kyle confidently replied, "Of course I do, you're one of my dad's favorite players!" However, when asked if he recognized the other players, he admitted he did not but assumed they were Mavericks too, causing everyone to chuckle. Despite his father's attempts to call him back, Kyle's enthusiasm led him back to the table, making it a cherished memory his family would always recall with laughter and love.
