Lanny Krug "Jerry" was born September 14, 1958. He was born in Columbia, South Carolina Fort Jackson Army base. He was raised in Detroit, Michigan. Worked as a screw machine operator.
Born to the late Lanny Gerald Krug Sr. and Doris Marie Minyard.
He is preceded in death by his sister; Shirley Marie Krug (Martinez) and brother; Leslie Joe Krug.
He is survived by; wife; JoAnn Hecmanczuk, of Corbin, Ky his son; Jason Nicholas Krug of Riverview, Mi. one brother; Norvin James Krug (Cristal) of Carlisle, Ky and sister; Robin Jean Lask (John), of Chesterfield, Mi., niece; Nicole Morley, nephews; Daniel Martinez, Corey Krug, Jason Krug, Austin Hopkins, Tanner Krug, Michael Lask, and Matthew Lask.
Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, September 21, 2023 at O'Neil- Lawson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Mark Sutton officiating. Visitation is Thursday, September 21, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
