Larry Wayne Leathers

Larry Wayne Leathers, of Atlanta, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur Eugene Leathers and Sarah Frances Brock Leathers.
Larry is survived by his devoted wife, Donna English Leathers; his son, Jason Leathers, and his daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Michael Dean. He was a proud grandfather to Cooper Dean and Eli Dean. He is also survived by his brothers and their wives, Craig and Amy Leathers and Eric and Betty Leathers; his brother-in-law and his wife, Daniel and Sandra English; and his sister-in-law and her husband, Bruce and Debbie Baxter. Larry leaves behind many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews whom he loved dearly.
Larry spent many years working in the fire protection industry. Later in life, he became a business owner, travelling across the country dealing in collectibles. In recent years, he especially enjoyed buying and selling locally and running his own booth, where he found great joy in meeting and talking with people from all walks of life.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Crowell Brothers Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 201 Morningside Drive, Buford, GA 30518.
