Larry Liner, 75, a proud veteran, passed away, leaving a legacy of his service and love. He dedicated his life to his faith and country, as well as those he cherished most. He was an active member of Shiloh New Ground Church.
He was known for his steadfast character and generous spirit. Larry touched many lives with his kindness and unwavering loyalty. He will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all who had the honor of knowing him. A celebration of his life will be held with details to follow, and his memory will remain a guiding light to those he leaves behind.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Liner; his son, Jeremy Liner (Ann Liner); his daughter, Melissa Folds (Bonnie Yearta); and his daughter, Wendy McCaul (Barry McCaul). His surviving siblings are Linda Conner (Don Conner).
He leaves behind grandchildren Jacob Folds, Leann Caraway, Maci Liner, Tevin Liner, Casey Gay, Autumn Morman, Andrew Luther, and Christian Stiff. He also leaves seven loving great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Margaret Liner, as well as his brothers, Albert and Junior Liner.
The family will receive friends at Martin & Hightower Funeral Home on Sunday, November 9, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
A funeral service will be held to honor and celebrate Larry's memory on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., with Pastor Pat Williamson and Rev. Wayne Webb officiating. Interment will follow in the Shiloh New Ground Church Cemetery, where Robert Murphy will provide the committal, and Jacob Folds, Hunter Caraway, Bonnie Yearta, Robert Brand, Andrew Luther, Anthony Brand, and Ash Gay will serve as pallbearers.
