Obituary For Larry Keith Monroe
Larry Keith Monroe, 61 of Bowie, TX, passed away Monday, March 4th, 2024 in Wichita Falls, TX.
Larry was born January 25, 1963 in Bowie, TX to Kenneth Wayne and Joyce Ann (Thompson) Monroe. He graduated from Bowie High School in 1981. As a young man he worked alongside his father in the oilfield. Later he went to work in assembly as a riveter for Lockheed Martin for over 25 years until his retirement. In Larry's free time he enjoyed hunting especially birds and raccoons and shooting skeet. He was a loving grandfather and will be missed.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Monroe.
Larry is survived by his father, Kenneth Monroe of Bowie; his sons, Brian Monroe and wife Betsy of Bowie and Kyler Monroe and wife Whitney of Forestburg; 4 grandchildren; brother, Steve Monroe and wife Randi Sue of Stanton, TX; nephew, Tanner Monroe of Royce City, TX; cousin, Randy Agnew of Wichita Falls, as well as, numerous other cousins.
Family has chosen arrangements with cremation, arrangements entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home of Bowie, TX. Send flowers to the service of Larry Keith Monroe
