Laura Ann Martin, 66, of Wabash, Indiana, died on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at her home. She was born on July 3, 1959, in Wabash, to Gerald Harding and Marilyn (King) Fischer.
Laura married Phillip Allen Martin on May 17, 1980, in Sweetser, Indiana. She worked at Trelleborg for 11 years, and also worked 12 years at Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation as a housekeeping supervisor. Laura enjoyed working and making friends with everyone at Autumn Ridge, she was known to everyone as a kind and loving person. She enjoyed shopping, gardening, and decorating. Laura loved her dog, Bella, but especially enjoyed spending time with her family and her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Phil, of Wabash; two children, Jeremy David (Shana) Martin, of Germany, and Abby Martin of Wabash; eight grandchildren, Lucas Martin and Chloe Martin, both of Kansas, Skylar Honeycutt and Kamron Honeycutt, both of Wabash, Piper, Landon, Ledger, and Carson; siblings, Rhonda Nelson, Dennis Harding, and Cindy (Michael) Conliff, Jeff (Kathy) Harding, and Jennifer (David) Williams, all of Wabash, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, James Harding.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 13, 2025 at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash, with Pastor Joel Cogdell officiating. Visitation will be held from 12-2:00 p.m., on Thursday, at the funeral home. Inurnment will take place at a later date, at Memorial Lawns Cemetery, Wabash.
Preferred memorial is Wabash County Animal Shelter.
