Laura Kathleen Pittman, 65, of Augusta, KS went to be with the Lord Thursday, January 12, 2023 surrounded by her family. She was born August 5, 1957 to Brenda Haas. She attended Winfield High School. She worked as a caregiver for many years. Laura was married to Larry Bally and subsequently Steve Pittman. Although divorced, they all remained close friends.
Laura was fluent in French and enjoyed arts and crafts. She also enjoyed rooting for her kids at every sporting event. She was very active in the lives of her grandchildren and gave her time and love selflessly to the whole family. Laura was very appreciative for those who assisted in her baptism one beautiful summer afternoon of 2022.
Laura was preceded in death by her father, Bill Haas. She is survived by: her mother, Brenda Haas; her children, Chris Bally, Jeff Bally (Amanda), Tim Bally (Stephanie), Tiffany Payne, Jeremiah Pittman, Gabriel Pittman (Kristina); and grandchildren, Taylor Bally, Cailee Bally, Keaton Bally, Lyric Schwan, Dolly Payne, Tilly Payne, and Paxton Pittman; step daughters, Miranda and Ashley Pittman; brothers, David R. Emry and Michael Ray Emry; half brother, Danny Shelton; half sister, Annette Lawrence.
*A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta, KS*
