Wade was a loving father and brother.
Left to Charish his memory are his two sons, Eric Wade Revis and Ryan Austin Revis, and three brothers, Michael Lee Revis of Marshall, NC, Thomas Dewayne Revis of Morganton, NC, and Mark Eugene Revis of Marshall, NC.
