He was the beloved husband of Joan(Clark) Walter.

Lee was born in Washington, D.C, on March 14th , 1951, the son of late Howard Ross and Lois Mae (Olewine) Walter. He was a graduate of Altoona Area High School in 1969 and was later employed by WACO Scaffolding of Cheshire, CT for most of his working career, retiring in 2019. A devoted member of the B.P.O. Lee loved nothing more than spending time with his loving family and friends.
