Leland was strong. He was brave. He was genuine and full of life. Leland was the life of the party. He was a son and big brother. He was smart and understanding.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Linda Baldwin and grandfather Jim Green.
Survivors include his 4 sisters: Lily, Lena, Rosalia, and Roxana, mother Ashley Green, and all his friends.
Leland: British origin that means meadow land - comes from the Middle English word lay or ley, which means an open field. The name is said to evoke a sense of tranquility and stillness, and is considered suited to a peaceful youth.

I remember the first time we met was in chemistry class and it was his first day at oak park and he thought he was being slick about vaping in class but I saw the smoke come up and we started laughing and I told him to hide it better and I showed him the vape that I had and we instantly became friends, now my first thought of him I thought he was just some immature kid and then I got to know him more and more and we became brothers and I will come to visit you as soon as I can and I'm sorry about missing your funeral and I'm sorry I wasn't there more for you, i will party hard for you and smoke hella for you brotha I miss you LLL

Pleasant Valley skate park. He had so so so many friends there that loved him. He was there almost everyday with his best friend Wyatt. I enjoyed watching them joke around and flight with each other. Leland was the life of the party. LLL
