Leo Ronnie Moczygemba was called home on November 29, 2022. He was born on August 29, 1956, to his parents Daniel and Viola Moczygemba. He was the youngest of four children.
He was a member of the United States Army for 3 years. He continued to serve in the Army National Guard for another 7 years. After leaving the Army he was employed at Southwest Research Institute and retired after 43 years.
During his time in the Army, he developed a love for riding motorcycles. This love lead to the purchase of his Blue Harley Davidson. He always said he enjoyed the freedom that riding gave to him. He met many friends who shared his passion and this lead to him joining the Patriot Guard Riders and the Riders United for Children. The rides he took with these groups were something he always talked about.
In 1984 he married his first wife Vange Moczygemba. After her passing in 2016 he met Linda Hernandez. They married in 2018. With Linda by his side he began the long battle with his illness.
Leo is preceded in death by his parents Daniel John Moczygemba and Viola Port Moczygemba, his brother Daniel John Moczygemba Jr and his first wife Evangelina Moczygemba. He is survived by his wife Linda Moczygemba and sisters Norma Jendrusch and Frances Stewart. He is also survived by his stepchildren Lupe, Diego, and Mia as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
