Leon Carl Brzozowski

Leon Carl Brzozowski, age 77, of Wilmington, DE, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 14, 2024.
He was born in Wilmington, son of the late Charles and Helen (Korzeniecka) Brzozowski. After graduating Conrad High School, Lee served in the National Guard. He owned and operated Masterpiece Carpet and had a successful career as The Vinyl Doctor.
Lee was a member of the American Legion – Newark Post 10; he enjoyed taking road trips, reading biographies, bowling, and was handy around the house – always working on some type of home improvement project. He especially cherished the time he spent with his family.
He is survived by his daughters, Nicole Racine (Brian), and Noelle Phillips (Michael); his grandchildren, Matthew Racine and Rachael Phillips; and his brothers, Carl (Ann) and Paul (Bernadine) Brzozowski.
In addition to his parents, Lee was preceded in death by his beloved wife Antoinette (Kozlowski) Brzozowski.
A funeral service will be celebrated at 5:00pm on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE 19808, where family and friends may visit beginning at 4:00pm. Interment will be private.
