October 7, 1933 - August 24, 2025

Loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Faye Renfroe, 91, went to be with her loving Lord and Savior on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at Texhoma Christian Care Center in Wichita Falls, Texas. Visitation will be held at Heartland Funeral Home in Early, Texas on Friday, August 29, 2025, from 6 to 8 pm. Services will be held at Heartland on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at 2:00 pm with Bill Slaymaker officiating. Interment to follow at Pleasant Valley Cemetery.

Faye was born on October 7, 1933 in Brownwood, Texas to Edward Lee and Ina Leota Barron. She married the love her life, Cecil Renfroe on July 26, 1949. They were married for 69 years. Faye retired from Texas Bank in 2001. She and Cecil enjoyed riding in the Brown County Sheriff's Posse for many years. She was an avid bunco and 42 player, and loved spending time with her grandbabies.

She is survived by her daughters: Cindy Yazell of Brownwood, Peggy (Edwin) Royston of Olney, TX, and Vicki Wyatt and partner John Gregorcyk of Rockport, TX. Grandsons: Randy Yazell of Brownwood, Mace (Amanda) Royston of Salado, TX, Dr. Jamison (Kathleen) Wyatt of New Braunfels, TX, and Tyler (Abigail) Wyatt of College Station, TX. Granddaughters: Jenny Yazell of Brownwood, TX, and Fayenell Royston of Amarillo, TX. Great-Grandchildren: Trevor (Dr. Justin) Yazell-Fennell, Maddison Yazell, Brayden Yazell, Parker (Taylor) Jackson, Zochi (Robert) Paul, Olivia Royston, Mace Royston Jr, Brady (Jennifer) Hays, Joe Tatum, Colton and Hudson Wyatt, Lyle, Porter, Gunnar and Evelyn Wyatt. Great-Great Grandchildren: Clayton Hays and Maddison, Blake and Mason Paul, Brothers: Bobby (Diane) Barron of Rockwall, TX, David (Mary) Barron of Brownwood, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Faye was preceded in death by her husband, parents, son-in-law, Phillip Yazell, brothers, Howard, Harold, and Billy Barron, sister, Mary White, and infant daughter Linda June Renfroe.
