Leslee Starr Maxberry, 45, wife of Russell Maxberry, Jr., passed away Friday, January 10, 2025, at Baptist Health Lexington. She was born June 13, 1979, in Anderson County to Carl and Marcella Stratton Reynolds. She was a graduate of Anderson County High School, attended Full Gospel Assembly of God Church in Lawrenceburg, she loved to dance, was always helping other people, even though her sickness always had a smile on her face. Her favorite things in the world were her children, grandchildren and her dogs.
Leslee will be lovingly remembered by her husband of ten years, Russell Maxberry Jr., children, Alexis McKee, Lexington, Natasha McKee, Lexington, Adriana Jackson, Richmond, Chauntel Jackson, Versailles, Iznitia Maxberry, Versailles, Brayden Maxberry, Versailles, Kaine Maxberry, Versailles, JaMez Brooks, Lexington, siblings, Rebecca (Leonard) Lathrem, Frankfort, Justin Luther Reynolds, Lawrenceburg, grandchildren, Xavier Allen, Jr., Lexington, Aniyah Searcy, Versailles, grandmother, Barbara Mathis, Father in law, Russell Maxberry, Sr., and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at Blackburn and Ward Funeral Home, and from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm on Thursday. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, January 16, 2025 at Blackburn and Ward Funeral Home with Pastor Kenny Robinson officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Crest Cemetery where pallbearers will be Marcus Maxberry, Dudley Darnell, Jr., Travis Manley, Mike Bast, John Bast, and Benjamin Reynolds. Honorary pallbearers will be Brian Reynolds and Tony Reynolds. Family and friends are encouraged to share memories and leave messages of condolence on Leslee's tribute wall at www.BlackburnandWard.com
