Lewis “Sonny” Fuller, age 81, of Clinton, SC, husband of Marsha Howell Fuller, passed away, Monday, January 20, 2025, at Hospice of Laurens County.
Born December 3, 1943 in Clinton, SC, he was the son of the late Clyde Lewis and Mary Lealer Sipes Fuller. Sonny dedicated 25 years of service to Whitten Center before retirement. He had a passion for hunting, fishing, chopping wood and anything outdoors. Sonny was a member and “good back pew Baptist” of Second Baptist Church of Laurens.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Brandon Fuller (Bridgette) of Laurens; his daughters, Caceila Robinson (James) of Anderson and Camile Malone (Dale) of Hickory Tavern; his grandchildren, Ross Robinson (Trish), Christin Duberry (Dale), Kadie Malone, Jaxon Fuller, and Briella Fuller; and his great-grandchildren, Kelsie Robinson, Kadince Robinson, Kinsley Robinson, R.J. Robinson, Kyndah Duberry and Kayzlyn Duberry.
In addition to his parents, Sonny is preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie Fuller.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at Pinelawn Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Phil Wyatt and Rev. J.D. Shiflet officiating. Entombment will follow at Pinelawn Memory Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the mausoleum chapel.
The family will be at their respective homes.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Second Baptist Church, 414 Fleming Street, Laurens, SC 29360.
