It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Lily Rose Hahn.
Lily was 18 years old, born on August 29, 2006, and went to be the Lord on June 2, 2025.
She lived in Snow Camp, NC and was a senior at Southeast Alamance High School. After graduation, she was planning on going to Alamance Community College for two years and then on to receive a teaching degree.
Lily loved God first and foremost. She found great joy in art and was a very talented artist. Lily always enjoyed spending time with her Papa creating amazing pieces of art together and their fishing trips. She also enjoyed shopping with her Nana and experiencing new restaurants. Lily adored her siblings, Kaia and Kash, taking them to movies, hiking and visiting parks together. Some of Lily's fondest memories were hiking with her family, trips to the mountains and to the beach.
Lily is survived by her mother, Amber Coleman and Dustin Holt; sister, Kaia Coleman; brother, Kash Coleman; grandparents, Glenn and Denise Hahn; best friends, Natalie, Braylon, Drew, Aiden, Liam, Sky, Alana, and Austin; and her pets whom she adored, her cat, Mollie; and her dog, Gracie. She was preceded in death by two uncles, Dustin and Cody Hahn.
She was beloved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed. Lily was truly beautiful on the inside and out. We love you Lily, find peace in Heaven.
