Lunenburg – Linda Rae (Ayotte) Bartnowski, 77, formerly of Watertown, MA, passed away peacefully on August 6, at the Life Care Center of Leominster. Linda was born in Boston on October 1, 1947, a daughter of the late Winston J. and Glenys Rae (Grant) Ayotte. She grew up in Watertown, where she was a graduate of Watertown High School. In 1999 Linda moved to Lunenburg, where she made her home on Hickory Hills, and enjoyed every aspect of living on the lake. Linda loved her cats, puzzles, working in her garden and spending time with her family. She was also a member of the Pilgrim Covenant Church in Lunenburg. She is survived by her son Michael "Chip" Bartnowski, and many extended family members. Funeral services will be private. The Anderson Funeral Home, 250 Main St., Townsend is assisting the family.
