Linda L. (Hawley) Brumage Haslip, formerly of Rose Farm, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2025, at the age of 81. Born on February 18, 1944, in Columbus, Ohio, Linda's journey came full circle as she departed this life in the same city where she first began her story. Linda's life was marked by her unwavering dedication to her family, a trait that was the essence of her being. She was the beloved wife of Truman Haslip and the heart of a family that included her sons, Robert (JoEllen) Tope, Keith (Michelle) Tope, and Tony Tope. Linda was a guiding light to her grandchildren, Kimberly, Tracy, Sierra, David, and Lyndsey, and enjoyed being a great-grandmother to Gavin, Gage, and Jocelyn as well as a sister to Carol Ann Boutwell and special aunt to nephew, Kevin (Ellen) Smith. Linda's meticulous nature and keen eye for detail served her well in her role in Quality Control Parts at PCC Airfoils in Crooksville where she held employment for multiple years. Her life was a testament to the power of love and the bonds of family. She was an amazing mother and grandmother, whose greatest pleasure was found in the company of her loved ones. Her family was her world, and she poured every ounce of her energy into nurturing and supporting them. The countless moments spent with her family are now treasured memories that will continue to inspire and comfort them in the years to come. Welcoming her into Heaven were her mother, Elizabeth Hawley and son, Edward Tope. Calling hours will be held Friday April 25, 2025 from 5pm – 7pm at Ross-Frash Funeral Home, 207 Burley Street, Crooksville. Funeral services will be celebrated Saturday April 26, 2025 at 11am where family and friends may call from 10am to the beginning of the service with Dawn Renee Brewer officiating. Burial will follow in Black Oak Cemetery, where she will take her eternal rest next to her first husband, Dave Brumage.
