Mrs. Linda Jane Cantrell Johnson was born September 30, 1950, in Talmo, Ga to the late Willie B Cantrell and Alma Jean Williams. She entered eternal rest on October 26, 2021, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband J.T. Shields, children Judy Grimes, and Michael Johnson, one Grandchild Quenteja Brownlee, silbings Willie Cantrell Jr, Mary Cantrell, and Carol Cantrell, and Charles Cantrell.
She loved WWE wrestling, Monday Night RAW, drinking coffee, jewelry, reading, and listening to country music. Her favorite author was Steven King. She also loved encouraging others through her writing. Linda often had a house full. No one ever went without a place to lay their head. She had a heart of Gold and would care and take in anyone in need. Her grandchildren and her baby boy Jason were very dear to her heart.
Linda leaves to cherish her memory to her children Ushonda (Lionel Williams) Johnson, Jason Johnson, Terrance Johnson, Linda Johnson, Takeisha Morgan, and Taurus (Misty) Morgan. Siblings Alma Cantrell, Kimberly Agbor, Shelia Lott, Douglas Cantrell, Robert Cantrell, Kenny Cantrell, Danny Cantrell. 22 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
