Linda Gordon, 52 of Main Street, Fort Plain, died in the early morning of June 13, 2023, at the Mountain Valley Hospice House, Gloversville, NY.
She was born on October 3, 1970, the daughter of Sonia Ring and Lew Quackenbush, Sr..
Linda graduated from Canajoharie High School class of 1989, and most recently was working at Go-Green, previously she worked at Liberty for 14 years.
In her spare time, she enjoyed coloring, and knitting, she was also a huge Minnie Mouse fan, and loved pink.
She was predeceased by her father.
Survivors include her partner Stoney Kersey; Mother Sonia Ring; children Angelina Kersey, Sadie Kersey, Donovan Gordon, and Kaley Gordon; and her brother Lew Quackenbush, Jr.
There will be no public services at this time.
Cremation will take place at Parkview Crematorium, under the direction of Gray-Houghtaling and Smith Funeral Home, 34 Center Street, Fort Plain, NY 13339.

Linda was my best friend , she came into my life when I was 5 yrs old . She never gave up on me or my older sister . I stood by her side until the very end and it was hard to see her leave so soon. Because she treated me like her own . She was such a sweetheart and I thank God he gave me a stepmom like her . I miss the memories me and her had together, but I know shes in getting well taken care of in heaven. fly high mama Linda you'll forever be in my heart and remembered I love you no matter what

My heart is saddened to hear of Linda's death. I just learned about it recently. I met her and Stony when I moved to Fort Plain four years ago and they became very good friends. She will be sorely missed. I can say I've never met such a caring, kind soul. My heart goes out to Stoney and to the children and I want them to know that if there's anything they ever need, they know how to reach me.
