Linda Howdyshell, 77, passed away after a valiant fight with Alzheimer’s disease on January 16, 2025. She leaves behind a long legacy of Love. Her and her husband Craig just celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary on January 12, 2025. Linda enjoyed and loved her community, especially serving others by caring for their children. Linda strongly believed in the Proverb that says, “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Linda and Craig both clung to their faith to get them through all the times of their lives. They raised four children and had many grandchildren. She loved helping others with their children and was known as a “baby whisperer.”

She was preceded in death by her father and mother Donald and Sylvia Tisch and her brother Danny.

She will be missed by her husband Craig; sons, James (Pam), Brett, David (Sandy), Brandon (Crystal); 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; siblings, David (Patty) Tisch, Rhonda (Craig) Tobin, Terri (Tony) Caporaletti, Brent (Lucky) Tisch and many other family and friends.

Please send memorials to the Alzheimer’s Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601.

A visitation will take place on Monday January 20, 2025, from 5pm to 7pm at the Clifford Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front Street, Cuyahoga Falls Ohio 44221. There will be a Funeral on Tuesday January 21, 2025, at 11am also at the funeral home.
