Linda Langley passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, January 17, 2025 at the age of 83.
She was born to Charles and Marion Stevens on May 11, 1941 in Powhatan Pointe, Ohio.
She was a woman of love, strength, and generosity, whose kindness touched everyone she met. She cherished her family deeply.
Known for her love of music, she brought joy to many through her singing. A hardworking and accomplished individual, she was proud of her work as a welder and soldering instructor, where she inspired and mentored countless students. Her selfless acts of kindness brought light to those around her, often in unexpected and heartwarming ways.
Linda Langley was a devoted mother, sister, and friend who gave without asking for anything in return.
Linda is survived by her children, Durynda Kiefer (late Scott), Charles Langley (Lisa), Trina Kisner(late Gary); grandchildren, Amanda Broughton (Bill), Megan Lafayette (David), Cam Kiefer (Bianca Sterling), Sarah Beeunas(Kevin), Mathew Kisner, Linda Kelley (DJ) and 5 great children and 1 great-great grand child and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends who will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 siblings, Jesse, Jerry and Robert.
Her legacy of love and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Rest in peace, Linda Langley.
Please join the family in a celebration of Linda's life at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at Christian Memorial Cultural Center in Rochester Hills, MI. She will be laid to rest immediately following the service.
Memorial contributions would be appreciated to Heart to Heart Hospice.
