Linda Louise Madison (née Moore), aged 84, passed away on August 4, 2024, in Phoenix, AZ. Born on August 13, 1939, in Dodge City, KS, she was a cherished member of her community and a loving figure in the lives of her family and friends.
Linda graduated from Dodge City Senior High School, lived in Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia, Tennessee and later moved to Arizona. She retired as a reception/switchboard operator from Maricopa Medical Center, a role that allowed her to touch the lives of many with her caring and attentive nature.
Known for her fun-loving and generous personality, Linda's greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends. She loved crafts, shopping, collectibles and taking pictures of her grandchildren. Her warmth and kindness were the pillars on which many cherished relationships were built.
She is survived by her sister, Sharon Twidt, daughter, Terri Harden, sons, Scott (wife Susan) Brown and Rodney (wife Cathy) Brown, nine grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Linda was preceded in death by her father, Edgar Moore, mother, Velma Moore, sister, Kathleen Winter, and brother, Earl (Eddie) Moore.
Linda's memory will be held dear not only by her immediate family but also by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her. She leaves behind a legacy of love and generosity that will continue to inspire and influence generations.
