Linda Estelle Schultz, age 84, of Grayling, MI passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 2, 2026.
Linda was born to Vidian and Georgia (Gribbon) Roe in Kalamazoo, MI on December 8, 1941. She married Clifton Schultz on December 26, 2002.
Linda grew up in Fremont, MI and attended college at the University of Michigan. She went on to obtain her Master's Degree from Eastern Michigan University. She worked as a Speech Pathologist in the Grand Rapids Public Schools for many years.
Upon moving to Grayling, Linda became very active in the community here. She loved to volunteer and was two-time President of the Grayling Promotional Association. Linda also helped with, and enjoyed spending time at the AuSable Artisan Village, downtown. She was an avid reader, enjoyed playing Bridge with her bridge club, and loved spending time with her family. Those who knew her will remember Linda as a very positive person who always wore a smile and was fun to be around.
Linda's memory will be cherished by her family: husband, Clifton Schultz of Grayling; sons, Kirk (Amanda) Bredin of Grayling and Eric (Lindsay) Bredin of Lowell; grandchildren, Anna, Emily, Jack, Maddie, Malia, Teige, Finn and Culley. She is preceded in death by her parents, Vidian and Georgia (Gribbon) Roe.
Burial will take place in the spring of 2026 at Elmwood Cemetery in Grayling, MI.
