Linda May Shank, 76, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away, Thursday, June 12, 2025, at Doey's House.
Born Thursday, March 3, 1949, in Smithsburg, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Victor B. Trumpower and the late Betty Jane (Kuhn) Trumpower.
Linda graduated in 1967 from Smithsburg High School, where she was in the band. She was employed with the John Wesley UMC in Hagerstown, MD and previously employed with Doubleday in Cavetown. She was a member of the Homemakers Club of Hagerstown, Women's Club and Northwood Swim Club.
She is survived by her husband Michael Fuller Shank, sons, Michael Todd Shank and wife Megan and Andrew David Shank, brother, Steven V. Trumpower, granddaughters, Parker E. Shank and Rowan K. Shank.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Larry G. Trumpower.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 11:00 am, at the Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, 17636 West Washington Street Hagerstown, MD, with the Pastor Brad Nigh officiating.
Family will receive friends at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home 1331 Eastern Blvd. North, Hagerstown, MD on Monday, June 16, 2025 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Doey's House c/o Hospice of Washington County 1710 Underpass Way, Hagerstown, MD Suite 300, Hagerstown, MD 21740
