She was the love and life of our family. She was hilarious and always tried to make you laugh. She read a book a day and followed her friends and family closely on social media to see all of their pictures and what they were doing in their lives. She had such a big heart and was always trying to help everyone in one way or another.
Linda was born in Mt. Gay, West Virginia and lived most of her life in Ravenna, Ohio until she moved to Florida with her daughter in 2021. She was preceded by her husband Robert Thompson, her sister Billie Jean Lockhart and mother Alma (Jean) Midkiff. She was survived by her only daughter Shonnie Colando, son-in-law John Colando, grandchildren Adam McGarr, Aaron McGarr, Brianna Colando and great-grandchildren Lilly and Willow McGarr.
We don't want to say goodbye because you were taken from us too soon. We will miss you so much. There will not be a service, just raise a glass and reminisce on your favorite memories of Linda.
