Survived by her husband of 55 years, Ronald Treamer; children, David (Kim) Treamer, Jennifer (Joel) Marino, and Tara (Shawn)Schumacher; grandchildren, Taylor (Samantha) Treamer, Cameron (Annika) Treamer, Luke Marino, Matthew Schumacher, William Schumacher, Katherine Schumacher, and Michael Schumacher; great-grandchildren, Kaysen and Charlotte; siblings, Christine "Honey" Sterms and Frank (Mary) Baron; brother-in-law, Gary (Sharon) Treamer; nieces, Donna Sterms and Karen Sterms; nephews, Scott (Ashley) Treamer and Jason (Angela) Treamer; her faithful canine companion, "Cooper".
Preceded in death by her parents, Francis, and Anna Baron, two siblings and numerous canine companions.
Lynne was a graduate of Morton West High School in Berwyn. She grew up as a fan of the Chicago White Sox until her children eventually converted her to become a Chicago Cubs fan. She was also a talented seamstress--always adding a tag that said, "Made with love by Mom". She enjoyed cooking but collecting recipes was a fun pastime. Lynne was a wonderful grandma. She was her grandchildren's biggest cheerleader and never missed an event. Her world revolved around her grandchildren. Lynne will be remembered for her loving, caring and kind persona who never met a stranger.
Visitation for Lynne will take place on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, from 9:00 – 10:00 A.M. at St. Jude Catholic Church, 2212 McDonough St., Joliet, IL. Funeral Mass will immediately follow at 10:00 A.M. Interment will take place at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL at 1:00 P.M. In Lieu of flowers, donations in Lynne's name to Lightways Hospice, 250 Water Stone Circle Dr., Joliet, IL 60431, or to the Animal Rescue of your choice would be most appreciated.
