Linda Elizabeth Woodby, age 77, of Erwin, passed away suddenly on Friday, January 24, 2025. A native of Erwin, Linda was a daughter of the late Robert Olan and Norma Elizabeth (Higgins) Randolph. She was a member of Ninth Street Baptist Church. She enjoyed collecting antiques and loved yard selling. In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Woodby; son, Cleveland Joseph Foster; sister, Annette Roberts; and brothers: James Randolph and Timothy Randolph. Linda Elizabeth Woodby has left behind to cherish her memory: children: Harlen Foster, Tammy Higgins, and Victoria Elizabeth King; many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters: Cynthia "Sissy" Hoyle and Diana Byrd; and her beloved cat, Betty Boop.The family respectfully requests the honor of your presence as we offer tribute and remember the life of Linda Elizabeth Woodby in a graveside committal service to be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 31, 2025, in Bell Cemetery, in the Limestone Cove community. Reverend Charles David Byrd will officiate. Those attending the committal service should meet at Bell Cemetery by 12:50 pm on Friday for the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Valley Funeral Home, 1085 N Main Ave., Erwin, TN 37650, to help cover Linda's final expenses.Condolences and memories may be shared with the family and viewed at www.valleyfuneralhome.net or on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/ValleyFuneralHomeErwin.
