Lisa Gayle Ochsner Medley Hensley passed away peacefully with her family by her side September 25th, 2025 at 67 years old. Lisa was born October 17, 1957 to Rich and Sue Ochnser in Louisville, Ky.

She was devoted to her family. She adored her son Jeremy and daughter in law Meghan (who she always referred to as "her girl"). Her husband Dave who she was married to for 21 years. She loved her girls Meeka and Sauza where she spent many days watching them swim in the pool.

She was an avid bowler. She ran the Saturday Night Mixed league as secretary for 40 plus years at Ten Pin Lanes. She loved the slot machines and betting the horses. Going to Belterra and Derby City days were the best.

She was born and raised in St. Matthews where she worked for Stock Yard Bank for 30 plus years. She started out as a teller and worked her way up to bank manager until she retired 2 years ago.

Lisa never met a stranger. She was always there to meet you with a hug and when she hugged you, you knew you have been hugged. Lisa was one of those people whether you met her once or many times you remembered her.

Lisa was preceded in death by her dad, Rich Ochsner. Her mom, Sue Ochsner. Her granddaughter, Jayden Medley. Her stepson, Chris Hensley.

She is survived by her husband Dave Hensley. Her son Jeremy Medley. Her "baby brother" Mike Ochsner and "her girls" Meghan Medley and MIssy Ochsner. Her brother, Rick Ochsner (Renee), Stepson Micheal Hensley. Niece "baby girl" Brandi (Bryan). Nephew Tyler (MIranda). Nephew Kyle and 2 great nephews Carterman and Bentley.

Celebration of Life will be held Saturday October 4th, 2025 from 2-7 at Rose Island Yacht Club. 2000-1814 Justin Cove. Prospect, Ky 40059. Theme is purple. Lisa favorite color.

In lieu of flowers donations to American Heart Association or National Kidney Foundation.
