Lisa Grace Lacondrata, 61, of Lake Worth, Florida, passed away peacefully on the evening of August 13, 2025, at 10:25 PM, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born in Florida on September 10, 1963, Lisa lived a life marked by generosity, devotion, and resilience.

She is survived by her cherished sons, Andrew Richard Lacondrata and Roy Joseph Tyler Brown; her beloved grandson, Jayden Lacondrata; and her daughter-in-law, Tanisha Lacondrata.

She will be deeply missed by her brothers, Richard Ralph Lacondrata Jr. and Anthony John Lacondrata; her sister, Janet Gayle Lacondrata; and brother-in-law, Lloyd Taylor. She is also survived by nieces and nephews Audrey Lee Callaway, Richard Ralph Lacondrata III, Phillip Rodriguez, Alexander Minguela, and Tristan Lance Taylor; nephew-in-law Charles Callaway; niece-in-law Yesenia Lacondrata; grand-nieces and nephews Adrianna, Max, Jack, Noah, Philly, Emilio, Addison, Emma, Rachel, Melody, and Monroe; cousins Johnny Safris, Deborah Taudien, and Michael Austell; and step-sisters Eva Marie Pelfrey and Rene Sams.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Grace Clara Shackford and Richard Ralph Lacondrata Sr.; her stepfather, Richard Shackford; her niece, Gracie Jane Lacondrata; and her aunts Jeannette Austell and Gayle Austell, among other dear relatives.

Lisa worked in several bakeries, including Publix, and spent many years with the United States Postal Service. She also worked at Hallmark and later at Advantage Solutions, building lasting friendships along the way. She was an exceptional cook whose lasagna, brownies, jerk chicken, carrot cake, and countless other dishes were celebrated by all who tasted them. In her later years, she enjoyed watching cooking shows and tending to the neighborhood cats, sharing her warmth and generosity with both people and animals.

Throughout her life, Lisa made many bonds with childhood friends, neighbors, and her children's friends-who saw her as a cherished, loving, and generous presence in their lives. She was the kind of neighbor who welcomed everyone, making each person feel valued and at home.

In her youth, Lisa was a ballerina, a cheerleader, and an avid reader. She was a devoted daughter to her mother and a fiercely loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.

Though she faced many challenges, including a long battle with addiction, Lisa's deep faith in Jesus led her to sobriety in her final years. In 2013, she was baptized by Pastor Mike Olive of Common Ground Church. Pastor Philip Dvorak of Recovery Church also played a pivotal role in her spiritual walk and recovery journey. Lisa became a guiding light for others, inspiring and supporting many on their own paths from darkness to light. Her life was a testament to the power of faith, love, and second chances.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to VITAS in Delray for their exceptional kindness, compassion, and care during Lisa's hospice stay. Their support brought comfort and dignity to her final days, for which we are deeply thankful.

A Memorial Service will be held on September 6th, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Common Grounds Church, 1201 Federal Hwy., Suite C, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460, where family and friends will gather to Celebrate Lisa's Life and the lasting impact she had on those who knew her.

Lisa will be remembered for her strength, her generosity, her laughter, and the love she poured into her family and community. She leaves behind a legacy of resilience, compassion, and faith.
