May 10th, 1963 - January 4th, 2024
Lisa Michele Anderson was born May 10th, 1963, to Robert and Joan Anderson in Spokane, WA. At the age of 7, she moved to Schaumburg, IL with her mother and stepfather Bill Taylor. In 1975, she moved to Wilton, CT where she graduated from Wilton High School Class of 1981. Lisa was the first female fire fighter in Georgetown, CT. She moved to New Fairfield, CT in 1995, and on January 6th, 1998, she gave birth to her only child Michele Taylor Lee with her then husband Mike Lee. In 2003, she beat stage 4 throat cancer. October 2013, she moved to Newtown, CT where she lived out her life with her boyfriend Mike Santo until the early morning of January 4th, 2024, when she passed away due to illness.
Throughout her life, she loved photography, cooking, and traveling. She was an avid member of the Congregational Church of New Fairfield where she attended worship and volunteered when she could. She had many different jobs in her adult life as a bookkeeper and school bus driver, and in recent years, she found much joy being an associate at Costco in Brookfield, CT.
Lisa is predeceased by her mother Joan Wade, her step father Bill Taylor, and her younger sister Jennifer Taylor.
Lisa is survived by her biological father Robert Anderson and wife Alta; her older brother Brent Taylor and wife Susie; her daughter Michele Lee; her ex husband Mike Lee; her boyfriend Mike Santo; her aunt Nancy McKee and husband Ron; her nieces
A celebration Lisa's Life will be held at the Congregational Church of New Fairfield date and time to be announced.
