HIGH POINT - Lisa Renee Walker Wright, 57, died Sunday, August 17, 2025, at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro.

She was born January 18, 1968, in High Point, North Carolina, and was the daughter to the late Reverend Alonzo Walker and Mrs. Annie Bell Dawkins Walker. She attended Monument of Praise Church in Greensboro.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in passing by two brothers, Gary Walker and Alonzo Walker, Jr.; two sisters, Madeline Walker and Stephanie ; and her uncle, Mr. Alvin Dawkins (Ann).

Mrs. Wright is survived by her husband, Benjamin "Ben" Wright, whom she married on September 16, 2014; three children, Jason Walker of Texas, Jessica Huff and Ashley Huff both of Greensboro; two grandchildren, Naomi Gray and Harlem Hall; three brothers, Eric Walker of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, David Walker of the DMV area, and Marcus Walker (Tamitha) of Greensboro, North Carolina; one uncle: Mr. Benjamin Dawkins (Rachel) of High Point, North Carolina; four nieces and three nephews, Eric Walker, Jr.; Victoria "Vicki" Watkins, Tyronia "Dee Dee" Sperry, James "Timmy" Walker III (Kanisha), Shayla Walker, Sheri Walker and Shawn Walker; one uncle, Benjamin Dawkins (Rachel) of High Point; and a host of family and friends that all loved her and will miss her as well.

A memorial service celebrating Lisa's life will be held by the family at a later date at Monument of Praise Church (321 Oakview Road- High Point, NC 27265).
