Lori Boulden Obituary

Born in Wilmington, DE on June 20, 1980, she was a daughter of David F. and Elane F. (Nemes) Boulden. Lori was a graduate of St. Marks High School with the class of 1998. She then attended East Carolina University in North Carolina. Lori found her passion in cosmetology and graduated from Jean Madeline Aveda Institute Beauty School in Philadelphia, PA. She made her career as a cosmetologist at Salon Secrets in Kennett Square, PA.
Lori is survived by her parents, David and Elane Boulden; sister, Jill Swansen (Bo); niece and nephew whom she adored, Erik and Ellie Swansen; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 9:30 am until 11 am on Friday, June 6, 2025, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 North DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE, where a funeral service will begin at 11 am. Interment will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 North DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lori's memory to the National Alliance for Eating Disorders, 101 Garden of Eden Road, Wilmington, DE 19803 or online by clicking here; or Wilmington Manor Fire Company, P.O. Box 645, New Castle, DE 19720 or online by clicking here.

David and Elane,
So sorry for your loss. I find it hard to put into words how this huge loss might feel. Elane, we had Mr. LaFon at Wilmington Manor together. I'll keep your family in my prayers.
