Lorrie J. Amadio

Lorrie J. Summers, Amadio, 59, of Imperial, North Fayette Township, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 in Heritage Valley Sewickley.
Lorrie was born on January 9, 1966 in Charleroi, a daughter of the late David and Millie Gnip Summers.
Lorrie worked at the corporate PNC in the city as a Commercial Transaction Coordinator IV in the Real Estate Closing department. and was a member of Holy Trinity Church in Robinson. Lorrie was always on the go. She loved traveling, especially to Florida. Being in the sunshine and warm weather was her favorite place to be, aside from the kitchen. Lorrie was talented when it came to cooking and enjoyed making a meal to share with everyone. Lorrie loved shopping, while she was traveling or back home. Lorrie cherished her two late cats, Ashley and Chandler. Being a mom to two girls, shopping time came quite frequently. There was nothing that Lorrie loved more than being a wife and mother. Her heart was made for loving her family. She was so proud of her girls and the lives they have made for themselves. Lorrie never missed an event when they were in school, cheerleading, soccer or any activity, she was there. Even as they grew up Lorrie was always by their side to be a shoulder to cry on and their biggest cheerleader.
Surviving is her loving husband of 31 years, Kevin Amadio, daughters, Alyssa (Justin Autry) Amadio and Janelle (Ryan Truax) Amadio, sister, Marlo (Chuck) Kozar, sister-in-law, Staci (Darren) Post, nephews, Dale Kozar and Dustin Post, niece, Aubrey Post, Aunt, Mary Louis Doptis and several cousins.
Friends and family will be received on Friday, November 28, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc. and Crematory, 305 Main St., Imperial (724-695-2800). A Blessing Service will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025 time to be determined at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Jaime of Cliff Hughes for their daughter who is battling childhood cancer, checks may be mailed or brought to the funeral home. Donations may also be made to your local Humaine Society in memory of Lorrie.
