Louis Blystone Obituary

Born March 21, 1951 in Kiski Township, he was a son of the late Arthur & Ethel M. (Moonley) Blystone.
Louis worked as a craneman in the coal mining industry. He was the former manager of the Edgewood Mobile Home Park in Kiski Township and also worked as a laborer for Penneco Oil Company.
Louis enjoyed car shows, riding his Triumph motorcycle, watching Western movies, and spending time with his family. He loved showing his 1950 F1 truck, Betsy, and enjoyed his Strohs beer.
In addition to his parents, Louis was preceded in death by his brother, Douglas Blystone; his infant sister, Janet; his infant brother, Bobby; his step-daughter, Michelle Mulhall; and several nieces and nephews.
Louis is survived by his significant other, Diane Hudnall; her son, Tyler Rosenberry; his daughter, Amy L. (David) Gasbarro of Burrell Township; his granddaughters, Paige (Cory) Egley of Numine and Jenna (Hunter) Eckenrode of Kiski Township; his great-granddaughter, Harper Eckenrode; his step-daughter, Teri M. (Jimmy Pint) Mulhall of Kiski Township; his step-grandchildren, Amber (Christian) Disciscio of Kiski Township, Danielle (Michael) Disciscio of Bell Township, Matthew (Alyssa) Patterson of Apollo, Donnie (Mayce Anthony) Biddle of Kiski Township, Halyn Biddle of Kiski Township, Madison Mulhall of New Kensington, Colton Siebert of Vandergrift, Shon Michael (Tessa) Siebert of Kittanning, Cameron (Kayla) Siebert of Dayton, OH; his step-great-grandchildren, Gracyn Disciscio, Mason Disciscio, Juliette Patterson, Graham, Knox, Opal, Thea, Oakley, and Presley Siebert; and his siblings, Dale Blystone, Bill Blystone, Art Blystone, John Blystone, Barbara Taylor, Raymond Blystone, Thomas Blystone, Robin Clark, Gregory Blystone, Melissa Orr, and Jeff Blystone, and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Curran-Shaffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Apollo until the hour of service at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Lee Rupert officiating. Private interment in Riverview Cemetery, Apollo, at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Louis' name to the Kiski Township Fire Hall, 1037 PA-56, Apollo, PA 15613.
