Carol was born on July 30, 1964, in Lincoln Co., TN, to Margie Noles Graham and the late Robert Earl Graham. She was a 1983 graduate of Lincoln County High School and worked as a special needs teaching assistant at Unity School. Mrs. Locker was a member of the Lincoln County Relay for Life and the Dellrose Homemakers Club. She passed away on February 10, 2023, at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, AL.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband, Terry Dale Locker; sons, James (Taylor) Locker of Lenoir City, TN, Bradly (Kristina) Locker of Hazel Green, and Andrew (Hailey) Locker of Petersburg; grandchildren, Elizabeth, James "JJ", Madison, Makayla, Addison, and Kayden Locker; brothers, David (Betty) Graham, and Glen (Susan) Graham; sisters, Connie (Anthony) Carter, and Martha (Eric) Peters; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, Carol was preceded in death by her daughter, Elizabeth Carol Locker.
