Lynda married Loran E. Swensen in the Salt Lake Temple on March 15th, 1956. She then later followed him to Germany, where he was the in the Air Force. Lynda, later in their family's life, went to work in the Provo Temple clothing department. She later transferred to the Jordan River Temple as an assistant to the Supervisor and then when the supervisor retired, she became the supervisor until her retirement in 2002.
She loved her work there and gained an eternal love for the dear sisters and brothers who worked with her. Lynda made everyone feel seen and valued. We are all better people because we knew her and loved her. Lynda has a love for the Lord Jesus Christ and for her family. She looked forward to the time they can all be an eternal family. We are grateful she has been released from all her pain and suffering and is currently renewing eternal friendships with family and loved ones. Even though Lynda is so longer with us her spirit lives on in the way we treat each other, in the laughter we share, and in the love that continues to bind us together.
